What is the difference between financing and leasing?
  • Financing a vehicle means you are taking out a car loan with a bank which you will pay for over a set period of time. Most common loan terms are 60, 72 and 84 months. When the car is paid in full you will then own the car. When you lease a vehicle it means you will put a percent down on the and when the lease period ends you have to return the vehicle to the dealership. The benefit of leasing is a lower payment.   • Typically our shuttle service provides rides within a 25 mile radius. If you need exception, please talk to our Service Department prior to your scheduled service.

What time does your service department close?
  • Our Service Department hours can be found on our Service Center information page. If work or other obligations are keeping you from arriving during business hours, please use our secure Service Drop Box or arrange for an after hours pick-up with our service team.
How often should I change my oil?
  • The best place to start for maintenance schedules is to check your vehicles owner manual, which should be located in your glove box. It will most likely suggest an oil change every 3,000-7,500 miles. Keep in mind, these recommendations are based on ideal driving habits. If you're still unsure, please contact our service team.

What are the most common auto maintenance items recommended by manufacturers?
  • This depends on the manufacturer and the vehicle, but regular maintenance usually includes: air filter, antifreeze, battery, belts, brakes, engine oil, power steering fluid, wiper blades, hoses, and more.
How long does an oil change take?
  • An oil change usually takes between 45 minutes to an hour. Your Service Advisor will inform you if your oil change will take longer.
