We wanted to send you an update on the steps we are taking to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 at Speck Family Dealerships. We've been paying close attention to new recommendations from the CDC and government officials which are continuously changing. Monday evening Washington State officials instructed that non-essential businesses and personnel abide by a stay-at-home order.

As a result, our Service and Parts Departments will remain open with business hours changing to Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. We recognize that vehicles are the primary mode of transportation to grocery stores, doctors' offices, and more life necessities and we want your vehicle to be the least of your worries. For your convenience we invite you to schedule your automotive service appointment online! In order to make your service experience as safe as possible we have implemented the following measures:
  • Upon request we will pick-up and deliver your vehicle to your home or office, sanitized.
  • We are disinfecting customer and staff touch points up throughout the day.
  • We are disinfecting highly touched surface areas including phones, desks, computers, light switches, hand rails, and door handles multiple times per day.
  • We are fogging our dealerships once per week with an environmentally friendly and family safe solution that is proven to kill germs and pathogens.
  • We have added hand sanitizer dispensers throughout each dealership and have wipes available for our guests.
  • We have asked our Service Technicians and Lot Attendants to wear latex gloves while working in customer vehicles and replace them after each vehicle.
  • We have enacted "Physical Distancing". This includes rearranging our waiting area so guests can be safely spaced.
  • Any employee that doesn't feel well is asked to stay home.
  • We have empowered our staff to provide additional communications via face-time video, email, phone, and/or text for our customers.
Our Sales Department will close March 26th and will re-open at 8am on April 7th. Our Sales Management Team will be monitoring all emails and inquiries. We encourage you to continue shopping for your new car from the safety of your home by going on our website. We're still here to help you find the right vehicle for your needs!

Dear Customers, Friends, and Employees of Speck Family Dealerships: 

We are reaching out to update you in our increased efforts to ensure the health and safety of our employees and guests to our dealerships in these challenging times. 

On March 6th, we implemented these steps in addition to our normal daily cleaning: 
  • We are disinfecting highly touched surface areas including phones, desks, computers, light switches, hand rails, and door handles multiple times per day. 
  • We are disinfecting customer touch points and waiting area furniture as needed up to twice per day. 
  • We are fogging our dealerships once per week with an environmentally friendly and family safe solution that is proven to kill germs and pathogens. 
  • We have temporarily paused our Popcorn services as well as restricted any complimentary or shared food in our customer waiting areas. 
  • We have removed magazines and other reusable reading material. 
  • We have added hand sanitizer dispensers throughout each dealership and have wipes available for our guests. 
  • We have asked our Service Technicians and Lot Attendants to wear latex gloves while working in customer vehicles and replace them after each vehicle. 
  • We have enacted "social distancing" - elbow tapping and kicking feet has been fun in the meantime.
  • Any employee that doesn't feel well is asked to stay home and monitored by management in order to return to work. 
  • Managers are promoting frequent and thorough hand washing and encouraging respiratory etiquette, including covering coughs and sneezes for all employees.

For added convenience for our customers, we have also taken these additional measures: 
  • We are staffing to provide additional efforts for pick-up and delivery for our Service Customers. 
  • We are also equipped to provide paperwork by mail and delivery of vehicles to homes for the Sales Department.
  • We have empowered our staff to provide additional communications via face-time video, email, phone, and/or text for our customers.

We will provide accommodations "above and beyond" for our customers who do not feel comfortable coming in person even though we are doing everything we can to ensure the safest environment to purchase and service your automobile.
